At the start of the process, when viewing potential properties to buy we came across quite a few agents. 

 

We hadn’t actually gone on the market ourselves so they all give it the big one to get our house on the market with them.

 

They all had something in common, they talked 90% of the time and listened 10% of the time. 

 

Owen on the other hand listened 90% of the time and talked 10% of the time and he actually understood where we were and where we wanted to get to.

 

Owen offered sound advice and was always honest with us throughout.

 

He also promised to get our asking price which was above the valuation of the others and Owen did exactly that, in just 11 days.

Where do I begin?

If you need to sell your home, please don’t even doubt it. We all compare estate agents and look around. But coming from personal experience, there is only one agent.

My husband and I put our home on the market with another estate agent in January of this year. We thought, "we bought this house through them, so we should sell it with them, right?" WRONG!!

8 months later, plenty of viewings and a sale agreed. Great... right? Lol WRONG. It fell through, to be fair though, not the fault of the estate agents. However time was of the essence and we needed to push on. The motivation or lack of it shall I say wasn’t there, I wanted a video and photos of the house retaken to help push things along. I’m still waiting. And was asked to do the video myself....

Enough was enough. We all know of this man, heard of him and seen him throughout the town. There was only one man for the job. I made the phone call on Friday the 11th of September. On Tuesday 15th of September, Owen came to see our house. He was straight up, got to the point, honest and a true gentleman. We told him that we needed the house sold ASAP and needed someone as passionate about selling our house as we were. And that’s exactly what we got.

On that day. Owen came to us at approx 10am, by 4.30 the photos and video for the house where taken. Owen went out of his way to arrange the photographer to call at 3.30 and the video to be done by his wife at 4. The photos, What can I say. Outstanding and of a superb quality. I have them saved on my phone!!
The video, where do I begin. Again I have it saved as I still like to watch it!! Dawn has such an eye for this and has spectacular taste and was so helpful with any questions we had about the interior.

No surprise! We SALE AGREED on the 25th of September! 10 days!

It speaks for itself. Owen came to our home, said he would get the job done and he did. In 10 days! Owen made our dream a reality and now we are moving to our dream family home because of him.
We have to say, it’s a bitter sweet experience because on the one hand Owen sold our house in record time, but we will miss chatting to him and working with him. As he is an incredible person, friend and estate agent. And without a doubt any future selling, letting or buying of houses will be done through Owen in the future.
